Patrick Reed

Winner of the 2018 Masters, beating Rickie Fowler by a stroke eight months after being a joint runner-up in the PGA Championship.

He has won two World Golf Championships, most recently in Mexico in February 2020 when he defeated Bryson DeChambeau by one.

Winner of the 2006 Junior Open, Reed made it into the world’s top six and was part of three Ryder Cup and three Presidents Cup teams before switching to LIV Golf.

Although America lost at Gleneagles in 2014, he was their top-scorer and unbeaten and at Hazeltine he again top-scored for his team and beat Rory McIlroy in the singles.

The Texan had already won twice on the PGA Tour when he became, at 23, the youngest winner of a World Golf Championships event. That was the 2014 Cadillac Championship in Miami and he began the following season by beating Jimmy Walker in a play-off at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions in Hawaii.

Despite limited appearances, Reed has finished second and third on the DP World Tour “Race to Dubai” order of merit and at the start of 2021 notched his ninth PGA Tour win, taking the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines by five strokes.
