INTERNATIONAL FINAL QUALIFYING – ASIA

Thursday 28 February & Friday 1 March

Player Information:

Closing Date for Entries: closing date for entries is the 7th February
To enter: Players must complete the official entry form and send it to:

Entries Department, The R&A, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 9JD, Scotland.

Venue: Amata Springs Country Club, Bangkok, Thailand.

Field size: Maximum 78 players.

Eligibility:           
(1) Past Open Champions.

(2) The 2012 Asia-Pacific Amateur Champion and runners-up. (Only applicable if the entrant concerned is still an amateur on 28 February 2013).

(3) Any player with OWGR pointage at date of entry. A place in the starting field of IFQ will be subject to OWGR ranking on the closing date.

(4) Past Champions of The Masters, The US Open and The US PGA Championship.

(5) Anyone who played in the 2012 Open Championship at Royal Lytham & St Annes.

4 players will qualify directly into The Open Championship.

AN ELIGIBLE PLAYER MAY PLAY IN ONLY ONE OF THE FIVE INTERNATIONAL FINAL QUALIFYING EVENTS OR ALTERNATIVELY HE MAY PLAY IN LOCAL FINAL QUALIFYING.

THE PLAYER MAY NOT DO BOTH.
