Watch Stenson, Spieth and Kim on our Live Coverage
Defending Champion Golfer of the Year Henrik Stenson sets off in his for his second round and quest for back-to-back Open victories alongside overnight joint leader Jordan Spieth and Korean Kim Si-Woo.
The Swede will be looking to build on a steady start where he posted a one under par 69 to sit four shots off the lead on Thursday evening.
If Stenson plays half as well as he did last year at Royal Troon then there is every chance that he could be lifting the Claret Jug once more on Sunday evening. There will be plenty rooting for him, particularly as he has promised to take the game’s most coveted trophy on a sky diving expedition if he succeeds.

The competition for bragging rights within the group is certain to be fierce. At 23, Spieth already has two majors to his name – the Masters and US Open – and is determined to add a third. He was in inspirational form on the opening day to lead the championship alongside compatriots Matt Kuchar and Brooks Koepka after his bogey-free round of five-under-par.
With two wins under his belt this season, including a victory in his last tournament on the PGA Tour, the American has come into form at just the right time.
Kim, who recorded and even pr round on Thursday, can also be considered a strong contender. In May, the 22-year-old South Korean won The Players Championship in the States, one of the biggest events in the game, and is looking to become the first player from his country to win The Open.
