An eGift card can be purchased to use as full or part payment towards the purchase of tickets or hospitality for The 147th Open at Carnoustie in 2018.
eGift cards are available in nominations of £25, £50, £100, £250, £500 and £1,000 online via www.TheOpen.com/Tickets or by contacting our Customer Service Team on +44 (0)1334 460010.
Go to www.TheOpen.com to purchase tickets or hospitality and proceed to the checkout. During the checkout process, there will be a section names ‘Vouchers’ with a box for you to fill in your unique voucher code that displays on your eGift card. After entering the code, the value of the eGift card will be deducted from the value of your order. If there’s any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way.
Yes, if you’d like to redeem your eGift cards over the phone, you can call us from 9am -5pm Monday to Friday. Please have your unique code to hand when making the call.

The expiry date will be 22nd July 2018 (the final day of The Open in 2018), and should be displayed on your eGift card.

The eGift card balance will be void from the expiry date stated on the card. Any remaining balance is non-refundable.

We will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
We will cancel the value of the eGift Card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser's bank or card company for the initial purchase of the card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept an eGift Card in payment or part payment of any item where we reasonably suspect that the card or any amount on it may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained in another illegal way.
eGift Cards will be subject to verification at time of presentation and we reserve the right not to accept any cards or paper vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
