We’re delighted to be welcoming fans to The 149th Open at Royal St. George’s from Sunday 11 July – Sunday 18 July 2021.
This page will contain all the important information that all spectators need to know before attending The Open this summer. The page will be updated over the coming days with more detail.
The 149th Open is part of the Government’s Event’s Research Programme (ERP).
All pre-sold tickets and hospitality experiences will be accommodated on both Practice Days and Championship Days. No further tickets for The Open are being sold.
1. Proof of full vaccination (second dose administered at least 14 days before) or proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT).
2. Download The Open Tickets App to your smartphone to access your tickets and be ready to show your ticket on your own device at the entry gates.
3. Complete three pre-attendance Covid-19 protocols within The Open Tickets App:
i. Read and agree to Code of Conduct
ii. Watch a Covid-19 safety information video
iii. Complete a short health questionnaire
These protocols will appear in The Open Tickets App shortly before your attendance.
Note that face masks are not mandatory in outdoor areas will but are recommended. Masks must be worn indoors (e.g. The Open Shop, on Park & Ride buses, or in Hospitality facilities when not seated).
