How much does it cost to join The One Club?
The One Club is completely free.
How old do I need to be to join The One Club?
The One Club is open to individuals who are 16 years old or over.
How long will my membership last for, and how can I renew my membership?
The One Club is an annual membership running from 1st August to 31st July each year. To make things as easy as possible for members of The One Club, memberships will automatically renew each year. Members of The One Club can opt-out of this automatic renewal process at any time by emailing TheOneClub@TheOpen.com
How do I update my personal details, such as a change of address?
You can update your personal details by logging into your account and changing your details within the relevant section (e.g. Profile, Password, Address Book)
