Justin Suh was number one on the world amateur rankings for six months and a runner-up with Collin Morikawa and Cole Hammer at the 2018 Eisenhower Trophy world amateur championship.
There the victorious Denmark side included twins Nicolai and Rasmus Hojgaard.
Suh, who finished joint third in the individual standings that week, turned professional the following year and makes his Open debut thanks to a commanding five-stroke victory in the Visa Open de Argentina – now part of the Korn Ferry Tour - in March.
He produced a third round 60 at the Jockey Club in Buenos Aires and with a closing 65 reached 23 under par, a record by six shots for a tournament first contested in 1905.
Finished in the top 30 at both the US Open and PGA Championship in 2023, a year in which he reached 64th in the world, but lost his PGA Tour card last season and was down at 287th when he captured his second Korn Ferry title following their Tour Championship in 2022. This led to him being named Player of the Year on the circuit.
