The Open Qualifying Series Scotland
The Genesis Scottish Open is the final event on The Open Qualifying Series for 2024.
It will take place at The Renaissance Club in North Berwick between 11-14 July, with three places available for The 152nd Open at Royal Troon just a few days later.
Rory McIlroy, Champion Golfer in 2014, won this year’s event in spectacular fashion, beating home favourite Robert MacIntyre by a single stroke, after hitting an approach into the 18th that he cites as “probably… one of the best shots I’ll hit in my career.”
David Lingmerth, Byeong Hun An (below) and Nicolai Højgaard snapped up the final three places on offer for The 151st Open at Royal Liverpool which took place in July.
