Unlike his fellow Open Qualifiers Jazz Janewattananond, Yoshinori Fujimoto and Prom Meesawat, Doyeob Mun will make his Open debut at Royal Portrush in July. 

  • The 27-year-old Doyeob Mun will be making his major debut at The Open at Royal Portrush in 2019
  • Born in Seoul, South Korea, Mun secured his spot at The Open at the Singapore Open in January via The Open Qualifying Series
  • The South Korean climbed to a career-high 321st in the world with his fifth-place finish in Singapore
  • Mun turned professional back in 2011 and, before Singapore, his best result was a first KPGA Korean Golf Tour title at the 61st KPGA Championship in July of last year
