The DP World Tour's Rookie of the Year in 2023, Hisatsune is enjoying his best season to date on the PGA TOUR.
He has already recorded six top-10 finishes in 2026, the highlight a T2 finish behind Justin Rose at the Farmers Insurance Open.
Hisatsune was only 21 and ranked 166th in the world he came from six strokes behind early in the final round to win the 2023 Cazoo Open de France on the DP World Tour.
It made him only the third Japanese winner on the circuit, following Isao Aoki and Hideki Matsuyama.
After his triumph at Le Golf National he said: "It feels unreal. I only turned pro three years ago and now I’m here with my first win – it’s so amazing."
He finished 84th on the FedEx Cup Points List in 2024 and 2025, but is well inside the top 50 this season having already banked more than $3m in prize money.
