The Open Qualifying Series New Zealand

Players competing at the 106th New Zealand Open presented by Millbrook will have the opportunity to earn a place at St Andrews for The 155th Open.

One spot is on offer at the event, which takes place at Millbrook Resort from 25 to 28 February 2027, as part of The Open Qualifying Series (OQS).

The qualification spot will go to the highest placed finisher who makes the cut, provided they are not already exempt for The Open.

In 2026, Lucas Herbert claimed the sole qualifying spot on offer at the 105th New Zealand Open courtesy of a second placed finish at the event.
