The Open Qualifying Series Spain

One qualifying place for The 155th Open at St Andrews will be available at the Open de España presented by Madrid.

The DP World Tour event will take place at Club de Camp Villa in Madrid from 8 to 11 October 2026.

The qualification spot - available as part of The Open Qualifying Series (OQS) - will go to the highest placed finisher, not already exempt, who makes the cut.

In 2025 Marco Penge claimed The Open place on offer at the event after defeating Daniel Brown in a play-off.

Qualification for The 155th Open can be earned through a number of different pathways open to golfers across the globe.
