Ticketholder Information

When can I expect my tickets?

All tickets for The 150th Open will be delivered digitally. You will receive an email from The Open in early June with a link to be able to access your tickets. If you have not received your tickets by Friday 1 July, please contact Tickets@theopen.com.

The Open's Ticket Resale Platform

If you entered and were successful in The Open’s ticket ballot, but can no longer use any of your tickets, you are invited to list unwanted tickets on The Open’s official Ticket Resale Platform. This platform has been designed to allow fans to buy and sell tickets to each other at face value, with no charges, from an official, safe, secure and trusted environment.

To access to The Open’s official Ticket Resale Platform please sign into your My Account on TheOpen.com by following the steps below:

Step 1 – Click on the My Account icon in the top right-hand corner of TheOpen.com

Step 2 - Sign in using your email and password

Step 3 - Click your name and select 'My Account'

Step 4 – Select 'Ticket Resale Platform' in the menu

The Resale Platform will remain open until Thursday 30 June 2022.

Travelling to St Andrews

To minimise road traffic congestion, we are asking all spectators to consider the use of public transport, which will be significantly enhanced between Sunday 10 – Sunday 17 July.

If you decide to drive, all parking for The Open will be managed via The Open’s Park & Ride service where dedicated buses will transport fans directly to the course entrance. Please note that there will be no public parking available at St Andrews Links or in the immediate surrounding area.

Official parking tickets can be purchased online in advance for a saving of £5 compared to on-the-day prices.
