Your Grandstand Seats

Grandstand Seating

There will be over 13,000 public seats located around the course including grandstands around the 1st hole & 18th green. Seating will also be available at the Practice Ground for spectators to sit and enjoy the world’s best prepare for action.

These seats are provided at a first come, first serve and at times of featured groups, seats might require queuing. Marshals will be available to assist with seats.

Grandstand Seats and viewing platforms will be available on the following holes across the course: 1st Tee, 1st Green, 3rd Green platform, 4th Green, 5th Tee, 6th Green, 9th Green, 11th Green, 12th Green, 13th Tee, 13th Green, 14th Green platform, 15th green, 16th Tee platform, 16th Green, 17th Green, 18th Green and the Practice Ground.

Please note that smoking, vaping and alcohol are not permitted on the grandstands.

Champions Grandstand Seats

Your Champions package includes a dedicated 18th green grandstand seat. Reserved grandstand seat tickets will be distributed alongside your tickets in The Open Tickets app two weeks before the Championship. The details of your specific seat will be available within your ticket.

These seats are yours for the whole day. Please make your way to the front of the queue to show your digital grandstand ticket to enter the grandstand. This will allow you to skip the queue. Please speak to the grandstand marshals who will be able to assist in directing you to your reserved seat. Your dedicated seat will be on the left side of the grandstand.
