Origins Hospitality at The Open

The R&A is delighted to announce that Origins Hospitality for The 149th Open in 2021, at Royal St George’s on England’s south-east coast, is now on sale.

In 2018, The R&A underwent a rebrand of Hospitality at The Open to celebrate the craftsmen and experts who have helped create and continue to shape this iconic golf major. Under the umbrella brand of Origins, the range of fully inclusive hospitality packages is set to offer fans at The Open a “best in class” experience that brings through all the elements of the unique sub-brands created.

As part of the long-term strategy to enhance every element of the customer journey, a series of interactive virtual tours and videos have been created to help celebrate Origins but also to provide fans with the opportunity to see first-hand what to expect from the range of world-class experiences on offer. Visitors to TheOpen.com will get the chance to navigate through the different facilities and decide for themselves which experience best suits their style and requirements.

Brett Tonkyn, Head of Hospitality for The Open, said: “The rebrand of Hospitality at The Open has been a real labour of love since 2018 and offers us the chance to continue to push the boundaries in sporting hospitality. The new virtual interactive tours that have been produced are just another step forward in delivering a world-class experience for our guests. Our customers are now able to see what they can expect from the hospitality long before arriving at The Open next year.”
