Featured Groups on Friday

Champion Golfer of 2019 Shane Lowry and world No1 Scottie Scheffler are among the players included in Friday’s Featured Groups on R&A TV.

You can watch live coverage of some of the biggest names in golf, including four players who have lifted the famous Claret Jug, during the second round of The 153rd Open at Royal Portrush.

Scheffler – who lurks one shot off the lead at 3-under par – is playing alongside Collin Morikawa and Shane Lowry at 3:10pm.

Xander Schauffele finished his opening round at level-par in his quest to win back-to-back Opens, and he gets his second round started at 2:59pm with JJ Spaun and Jon Rahm.

Jordan Spieth, who triumphed in The 146th Open at Royal Birkdale, will play alongside Ludvig Aberg and Viktor Hovland in one of two Featured Groups on Friday morning.

All three men have work to do after each carding two-over-par rounds of 73. They’ll get their second round started at 9:58am.

Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Rose and Robert MacIntyre make up the first Featured Group out. They begin at 9:47am – and you can enjoy every moment of their day on R&A TV.
