Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen

Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen finished T9 on his Open debut, at Royal Birkdale in 2026.

The Dane posted rounds of 72, 66, 67 and 70 to secure a top-10 berth on his maiden appearance in golf’s original Championship.

Neergaard-Petersen enjoyed a terrific European campaign in 2025, registering seven top-10s, including a runner-up finish in the Qatar Masters in the February and a T3 finish in the season-ending DP World Tour Championship – won by Matt Fitzpatrick – in the November.

He was runner-up at the PGA TOUR’s Peurto Rico Open before finishing T12 at the US Open alongside major winners Adam Scott, Brooks Koepka and Xander Schauffele, Champion Golfer of the Year in 2024.

Neergaard-Petersen won three times on the HotelPlanner Tour in 2024, which earned him immediate promotion to the DP World Tour.
