The Open Qualifying Series (OQS) offers golfers around the world opportunities to book their place in golf’s original Championship.

Each OQS event offers places in The Open to the highest-placed finishers who are not already exempt.

The schedule for 2025, together with the number of qualifying places available at each event, is shown below.

The Open Qualifying Series 2025

28 November - 1 December 2024: ISPS Handa Australian Open (Ryggs Johnston, Curtis Luck and Marc Leishman qualified)

27 February - 2 March 2025: New Zealand Open presented by Sky Sport (Ryan Peake qualified)

27 February - 2 March 2025: South African Investec Open Championship (Dylan Naidoo, Marco Penge and Darren Fichardt qualified)

6-9 March: Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard (Corey Conners qualified)

20-23 March: International Series Macau presented by Wynn (Carlos Ortiz, Patrick Reed and Jason Kokrak qualified)

22-25 May: KOLON Korea Open (Sadom Kaewkanjana qualified)

29 May - 1 June: Mizuno Open (Mikiya Akutsu, Younghan Song and Riki Kawamoto qualified)

29 May - 1 June: the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday (Rickie Fowler qualified)

5-8 June: RBC Canadian Open (Kevin Yu, Matt McCarty and Cameron Young qualified)

23 June: Regional Qualifying (131 players made it through to Final Qualifying)

26-29 June: Italian Open (Adrien Saddier and Martin Couvra qualified)

1 July: Final Qualifying (Number of places TBC)

10-13 July: Genesis Scottish Open (3 places available)
